What should I do if there is a problem with or at the hotel?
If you have a problem in resort which can’t be resolved by the hotel manager then please contact the local rep/agent. Their number is shown on your hotel voucher. There is not a lot we can do whilst you are in resort but we will help you where we can but please always call the rep first as they may know the answer to your problem. If they can not resolve your issue, then please feel free to contact us.
Please remeber that both the rep and ourselves are here to help you and no matter how frustrating and worrying a problem can be, please always show respect to all staff. Please also note, that we do not emply the reps/agents.
