How do I pay my account?
If you have booked outside of 14 weeks from departure date, you may have paid a deposit and you will need to pay the rest of your account on a certain date. You will receive a reminder email on a Monday of the week you are due to pay. The date will be on there for when payment is due.
We only accept payment via debit or credit card. We do not accept Bank transfers, cheques and American express cards. Cash can not be sent via the post.
There are two ways you can pay. You can phone on 0845 430 2004 and an agent will take your payment details or you can do the following:
Paying your balance by email.
You must never send all of your card details in one email or to the same email address. Please follow these instructions below.
First email to email@example.com stating your booking reference followed by the type of card used including the name of the debit/credit card company (i.e. Barclaycard).
On the next line type the first eight numbers of your card along with the security number (last three digits on the back of the card). Please also state the expiry date shown on the card. See example 1 below.

Ref: GTH-ZZZZZZ (Change the Z to that of your booking reference number)
Type of Card. i.e. MasterCard, Visa and please state whether it is a debit or credit card.

The second email to email@example.com stating your booking reference followed by the last eight digits of your card number along with the expiry date on the card plus either the start date and/or the issue number (if shown). See example 2 below.

Please DO NOT send all of your card details in just one email. Please send to the two separate email addresses as these are on different servers and the results can only be seen by us.
We will notify you via email when the payment has gone through and also send you your documents.
The safer option would be to phone through. We do not take account payments online. The email option is also aimed at clients from Europe.
