What should I do if my transfer does not turn up?

Although rare a transfer may fail to turn up. You will have a transfer voucher which will have an emergency number to ring. If this does not solve your problem, then please take a taxi and keep the receipt. Contact us on 0845 430 2004 to let us know and we can contact the transfer company in the UK and try to arrange your return transfer. If this fails to arrive as well, do the same. Take a taxi and keep the reciept. Please then pass the receipt onto us and we will try to get you compensation from the transfer company.

Please note you must try to contact the emergency number and or us before returning. Failiure to do so will result on know compensation being offered.
