How do I get my transfer?
When you book a transfer, you will receive a transfer voucher. There will be instructions on the voucher on how to claim your transfer. Normally there will either be a person with a board and you name on it or you will need to go to a desk. You will then be guided on what to do. If you can’t find the local transfer desk in the airport you must call the local emergency number shown on your transfer voucher.
On your return, you are normally picked up outside the hotel. Pick up time will vary on the distance from the airport but they try to get you to check in 2- 3 hours before departure. About 2-3 days before your return flight you must re-confirm your transfer requirements by calling the local telephone number shown on your transfer voucher. Please remember to allow for the local office to be closed at siesta time and usually on Sundays. If you are visiting a Muslim country then please remember that the day of rest is on a Friday.
Please let the local transfer company know if you change hotels during your stay.
If you follow these simple instructions you shouldn’t have any problems but if you do and are forced to take a taxi then you must obtain a receipt and forward this on to us with your complaint. No transfer company will refund without a receipt.
